We hope you love your purchase from Eco & Active, but in the rare case you do not...

Eco & Active offers a 30-day return policy from date of order receipt. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our phone number is (720) 883-1522 and you will get a real-live human being.

Customers are responsible for freight charges and the shipment of said item back to Eco & Active. All items must be unworn and unblemished with original tags attached.

Your original payment method will be credited upon receipt of return and once the merchandise is approved.

Please Note: All Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.

Eco & Active reserves the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like a different product please complete the return process and place a new order.

Please contact us at 720-883-1522 if you have an order you wish to cancel and we will help take care of you. If your order has been shipped out we can not cancel it, however we do offer free returns.
